You have to MOVE your body, whether it be by yoga, swimming, walking, boxing, power lifting or dance, you HAVE TO MOVE, or you are literally taking years off of your life.  Even if you are bedridden, you can still MOVE your body, 1 limb at a time!  There is an amazing exercise that I starting to be able to do, it is called BodyGroove by Misti Tripoli. (She has a complete program, Ill put a link to that program below) It is exercise (Fun and smooth dancing) exercise for ALL shapes and ALL sizes and Most conditions - you could actually do some of these moves from a chair or even a bed!  Take a look at some of her amazing videos below (I also added a couple of videos for people that are bedridden)
