This is MY version of a “Healthy nutrition plan” that I am have had amazing results from.  Please remember that everybody is different,  however a lot of these items that I mention about eliminating from your diet, is for EVERYONE, because they do have the same negative effect on the human body.

1. You need to DETOX your body from all of the chemicals that were introduced either by THE ENVIRONMENT or  CHEMICALS  (Which includes neurotoxins that we were all exposed to since birth as well as the yearly “Vaccines” that claim to help us).

2. MEDICATIONS (whether they are over the counter or  prescription - they are ALL toxins/poisons to our bodies).  Depending on your age you have been exposed to thousands upon thousands of chemicals and neurotoxins as well as endotoxins that are harming us, so just changing your diet alone is not going to cure you of any illnesses or
diseases it will actually make your symptoms worse.  You will need to DETOX your body by all natural means and I can show you how to do that!  (I am NOT saying to NEVER take medications!!  There are times where a person NEEDS a pharmaceutical medication, so please DO
NOT STOP taking any medications - ALWAYS consult your Physician!

One of the main things you have to ELIMINATE from your diet is sugar.  Sugar comes in many forms and goes by many names including the following:
glucose, sucrose, fructose, barley malt, brown rice syrup, corn syrup, dextrin, dextrose, diastatic malt, ethyl maltol, cane juice, caramel, coconut sugar, confectioner sugar, granulated sugar, corn sweetener, honey, malt sugar, maltol,  maltose, saccharose, sweet sorghum and maltodextrin.
Sugar is found in many things that you would never think of and here are just a few examples:  canned tuna, roasted chicken, peanut butter, baked beans, cereals, meats, healthy yogurt, biscuits and breads, sodas, low-fat products, dried fruit, is gluten free products and more.

YOU MUST LEARN TO READ LABELS
There are 3 very important TOXINS you need to watch out for in labeling if you want to live a healthy life and not continue to consume chemicals / "food" you cannot digest...
1. Sugar by any name that I just listed and
2. Anything that has wheat or wheat germ including:
wheat     starchwheat       branwheat       germ       couscous     cracked wheat      durum        einkorn         emmer       farina         farofu (common in Asian foods)      gliadin   graham flour      kamut        matzo         semolina      spelt       rye         seitan        triticale  and Mir (a cross between wheat and rye)          barley       malt       chicken broth        malt vinegar      some salad dressings          veggie burgers         soy sauce           seasonings and spice mixes       soba noodles           condiments
BOTTOM LINE - READ YOUR LABELS

3. You must also watch out for two very toxic substances:  SOY LECITHIN and MSG

Okay do you want the good or the bad first?
Let's start with what you must eliminate from your diet if you want to detox your body from all of the chemicals and if you want to lose weight:
All sugar
All wheat or grains of any kind
Flour and bread of any kind
All fast food products
All processed food products
All sodas even if they are diet sodas
Cow's milk (we are not cows)
 All soy products
Fruit (Fructose - another form of sugar)
No corn or strawberries
No beans
No sauces and condiments that contain sugar (which is most of them)
Any label that says that it's low fat
Oils like canola, corn, vegetable
Sugar free diet foods
Soy or soy lecithin

A good sugar substitute is Truvia or Stevia

This nutritional eating plan at first,  should consist of your calorie intake for the day should be less than  5 to 10% carbohydrates
 70 to 80% good fats,    15 to 20% protein
Which means keep your carbohydrates less than 40 grams per day preferably only 20 per day but you can go up to 40 per day (In the beginning).

WHAT YOU CAN EAT:

Beef            Pork           Chicken          Turkey         Small amount of fruit (Low Glycemic)        Healthy oils like olive, coconut, & avocado             Cheese         Real Butter  (grass-fed preferred)               Cream (Full Fat)
Cauliflower (Cauliflower rice is amazing)              Avocados              Bone broth              Nuts   (specifically macadamia)          Eggs                Bacon or Sausage

There are more foods of course but I cannot list every food you could possibly eat so there are a lot of resources for the ketogenic diet and recipes that you can look up on YouTube and on Google.  I will also share some links to some great sites for yummy and healthy recipes!

 RULE TO LIVE BY
IF IT'S MAN MADE, DON'T CONSUME IT

Keep it low carb,  NO sugar, grains or cows milk  and  do not ingest any of the toxins that I mentioned earlier.   The ketogenic diet is a long-term plan….  You still should always stay away from all sugar and grain products as well as all fast food and other processed food products and yes, cows milk even after the 2 months or so...

Most recently I have attributed my weightloss to KETO/Carnivore (Mostly Carnivore), it helps with auto immune disorders, inflammation, allergies and more.  It is the most ancestrally appropriate way of eating.
To put it simply, Carnivore is eating nothing but Animal Products, you do not have to buy the most expensive cuts of meat to do this! You will need to eat a variety of fatty meats though!

WHAT IS CARNIVORE?

The basic carnivore diet is a meat only diet that involves consuming mostly, if not entirely, animals and animal products only. This typically includes a lot of meats, organs, cheese, butter and eggs.

The main recurring theme among these products is that they contain almost zero carbohydrates. However, unlike a lot of other low-carb or high-fat diets, the carnivore diet does not include vegetables or nuts and aims for zero to less than 50 grams of carbohydrates per day.

Some people also like to go mostly animal based which is more of a carnivore diet for beginners. Just keep in mind, if you add a lot of plant foods, more than 20% of your total diet, you're on a keto diet, which is still considered healthy eating but each diet has it's own purpose.

The second part of losing weight is  TIMING   when you eat.
INTERMITTENT  FASTING
So there are several types of intermittent fasting. (You can Google those).  I'm going to tell you about the one that I specifically use which is where I eat nutritious low carb

(20 grams <), medium protein and higher “Good” fat during 8 hours out of a 24-hour day, so it works very well with the keto way of eating.
Some people “fast” completely for 24 hours at a time one to two days per week. Why?  Click on the link above "Intermittent fasting" for all of the details regarding IF.
Please feel free to click on CONTACT if you have any questions or wish to just talk to me, I would love to hear your feedback and if you DO try this plan, I would love to hear your success story!

I am listing a couple of videos on INTERMITTENT FASTING as this technique has also greatly helped me in many ways, to become healthy.
